The Positive Place to Be...Fun, Exciting Programs, Special Events and Great Rates! Eight-week Summer Day Camp Program at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Louisiana for youth ages 6-18 starts June 1, 2009 - July 31, 2009. Loated at 1801 Sylvester Street, Alexandria, LA 71301.

Summer Day Camp Registration Fees:

$100 One child for entire summer

$125 Two children for entire summer

$150 Three or more children in the same family for entire summer

$ 25 Teen Rate for entire summer

$ 10 Membership Fee (new members)

The 1st Saturday Cajun dance at the Moose Lodge, 5290 England Drive, Alexandria, will feature Fred Charlie and the Acadiana Cajuns. The music will be Cajun, country and swamp-pop. The dance is from 7pm till 10:30pm and is open to everyone. This is a non-smoking event with a cash bar. Cost is $10 per person to enjoy the best dance floor in CENLA. The 1st Saturday Cajun Dance at the Alexandria Moose Lodge, 5290 England Drive, will feature Fred Charlie and the Acadiana Cajuns from 7pm till 10:30pm. The music will be Cajun, country and swamp-pop in a non-smoking venue on the best dance floor in CENLA. This is an open dance with a cash bar and only cost $10 per person. · Outdoor Adventure Camp at Acadian Baptist Center ·

Acadian Baptist Center presents Outdoor Adventure Camp (O.A.C.) for grades 6-8 from June 8, 2009, to June 11, 2009. O.A.C. will include lessons about animals, basic archery, compass skills, map-reading skills, and more. The kids will be shown the connection between God, Jesus and the outdoors. We will have times of swimming and other camp activities. This camp is limited to the first 30 boy and girl campers who register by June 5, 2009. The total cost per camper is $200.00.
